The Santa Rosa Junior College football team’s 2009 schedule will feature eight games against teams that had a record of .500 or better last year.
The combined 2008 regular-season record of SRJC’s opponents was 60-40 and the Bear Cubs’ non-conference schedule will include games against traditional powers Modesto and Fresno.
SRJC will open at home against Reedley College at 2 p.m. on Spet. 5. The Bear Cubs will host Modesto on Sept. 19 in the Clo Classic and will open the NorCal Conference season at San Mateo on Oct. 17.
