 Three SSU baseball standouts earned All-West Region honors.
    Pitcher Thomas Lee made first team, second baseman Jackson Stogner was a second-team selection, and utility player Devon Zenn was honorable mention in the selection by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association .
    Lee, a senior right-hander from Bakersfield, went 7-2 with a 2.54 ERA and led the CCAA in strikeouts.
    Stogner, who played at Analy, batted .314 for SSU, led the team in hits (59), runs (39), doubles (14) and walks (36) and tying for the lead in RBIs (35).
    Zenn led SSU with a .351 batting average, with four home runs, 27 RBIs and he had a 10-game hitting streak.

Both Lee and Zenn also were named to the All-West Region First Team announced by the American Baseball Coaches Association. The pair are now eligible for NCAA Division II All-American consideration.
