Santa Rosa Junior College will be well represented at the NorCal Tennis Championships after KC Ensley won the Big 8 Conference single’s title and with Rachel Garris advancing on the women’s side.

The Bear Cubs also qualified three women’s doubles teams for the NorCal finals: Samantha Brunner/Lily Minkin, Jessica Coleman/Hilary Warren, and Garris/Alex Bobbit.

On Thursday, the school’s top two men’s doubles teams will play for the Big 8 title. The match between the teams of Hutton/Felich and Ensley/Van Alstyne will be held at Santa Rosa Junior College, starting at 1:30 p.m.

The NorCal Championships are set for April 29 through May 1, at Santa Rosa Junior College.

In team play, Santa Rosa went undefeated in the Big 8 Conference and has only lost two matches overall going into the NorCal playoffs this week.
